- 1Open the disk image and drag Twin into Applications. If you open Twin straight from the download, it offers to move itself.
- 2Open Twin and sign in with Google or Facebook.
- 3Allow the microphone, Accessibility and Screen & System Audio Recording. Each gets its own page showing which switch to turn on.
- 4Hold ⌃control⌥option and ask something. A short tour shows you the rest.

- 1Run Twinkey-win-Setup.exe. Twin installs for your user account and opens.
- 2The installer isn't signed yet, so Windows may say “Windows protected your PC”. Choose More info, then Run anyway.
- 3Sign in with Google or Facebook, and allow the microphone.
- 4Hold CtrlAlt and ask. Hold CtrlWinWindows key to dictate.
Prefer no installer? Portable .zip (77.2 MB). It runs from any folder but doesn't update itself.
On a Mac, Twin checks once a day and installs when you quit it. On Windows, a waiting update installs the next time Twin starts.
Every release and its notes are on the changelog, and every file is on GitHub.
