1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Mavrix AI (“we”, “us”) about the Twin apps for Mac and Windows, Twin's server and this website. By downloading or using Twin you accept them, along with the Privacy Policy. If you use Twin for a company, you accept them for that company too.
2. Who can use Twin
You need to be at least 13, or older if your country sets a higher age for agreeing to this yourself, and you sign in with your own Google or Facebook account. Keep your computer and that account secure: what happens in your account is your responsibility.
3. Twin acting on your computer
Twin can click, type, open apps and websites, and work in apps you connect, but only when you ask it to. It does everyday things right away, waits for your yes before closing or ending anything, and on screen never deletes, pays, sends, submits or signs out for you. In your connected apps, it sends, books, posts or changes things only after you say yes.
You are responsible for what you ask Twin to do and for what you approve. Read what Twin is about to do before you say yes.
4. Twin can be wrong
Twin's answers, documents, notes and translations are written by AI models and can be wrong or out of date. Check anything important, and don't treat Twin's answers as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
5. Your content
What you say, show and give Twin, and what Twin makes for you, stays yours. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run Twin for you: to answer, to act on your request, to remember what you asked it to, and to keep the service working and secure.
Only give Twin content you have the right to use. If you record a meeting or a call, you are responsible for telling the people in it and for following the recording laws where you and they are.
6. Other services
Twin relies on other services: AI providers, the apps you connect through Composio, and Google or Facebook for signing in. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We aren't responsible for those services, but we choose them carefully and list them in the Privacy Policy.
7. Fair use
Don't use Twin to:
- break the law, or harm, harass, spy on or deceive other people;
- get into accounts, systems or data you aren't allowed to;
- overload Twin's server, get around its limits, or copy or resell the service;
- take apart Twin's server or misuse the keys and accounts behind it.
Each account has rate limits that keep the service working for everyone.
8. Price
Twin is free today. The pricing page shows the paid plans we intend to offer. We'll tell you before billing starts, and nothing will be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
9. Updates and changes
Twin updates itself to fix problems and add features, and features may change or be removed. We may change these terms; we'll update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you before they apply. Using Twin after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Stopping
You can stop using Twin and delete your account at any time in Settings › Profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and will tell you why unless the law doesn't let us.
11. Warranty and liability
Twin is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We don't promise it will always work, be error-free or suit a particular purpose.
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Twin in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
